If I am viewing a text file (with extension ".txt") in FF, I see the window title as "Mozilla Firefox". See screenshot.
Is there a reasonable title to put there? The tab title is "gao.gov/assets/710/705803.txt", which is part of the URL. This seems very reasonable.
So why not use the exact same title on the window title bar and in the list of items in the "Window" menu?
