What is the Business Goal or Context of the request: Users have settings uncertainty and we see a correlation to retention impacts. Test hypothesis: If we message to users in the browser that Firefox provides optimized privacy/security settings by default this will lower privacy/security settings uncertainty and lead to increased retention compared to no messaging, and also compared to other types of priv/sec messaging.

How will success be measured?: Survey to gather user sentiment and retention analysis.
