Steps to reproduce:
GPOs were set but this is not a problem
Actual results:
Update background service can be turned off by user
Expected results:
Update background service setting is locked to admin-set preference

The new auto update GPO and the custom Update URL GPO but this is not a error, it's an enhancement request.
