Steps to reproduce:

I had firefox installed on android for years. I was not interacting with firefox whatsoever.

Actual results:

Got an unsolicited notification "Stay ahead of hackers. Check for data breaches with Firefox Monitor"

Expected results:

I do not expect to get spam notifications from Mozilla. Spam notifications are a malware thing, not a browser product thing. Users should be made aware of this feature/product in a way that does not include spamming them with unsolicited notifications.
