Steps to reproduce:

Download the official firefox multi-account containers addon from the store
(https://addons.mozilla.org/en-GB/firefox/addon/multi-account-containers/)

Actual results:

the app was downloaded but the settings stayed the same for each different container, only difference were the cookies.

Expected results:

Expected a different browsing history, download (if possible), settings and also possibly the about:config. This is so that people can have different settings for each of their profiles and have more control over it, (i.e, someone wants a profile for work and personal use. They would have different browsing history for their work profile so that if they wanted to find something they looked at before they could use those specific profiles for better results, or have different settings, if someone wanted to stream netflix on one profile but have better privacy and security on the rest, they could enable drm content playback for that one profile while disabling for the rest)

This is just a recommendation but I believe that having this feature could greatly improve ones privacy and control over their browser and would definitely make firefox stand out from the rest.
