I had to revert my laptop to factory settings and am trying to get back to where I was. I never received any confirmation email but got this message. My gmal account is otherwise working so makes no sense. When I tried to logon to firefox I got a message that some sort of maintenance was taking longer than usual and to email some address bmo @ mozilla but the message went away too quickly and I could not record the email. Is it possible you guys were doing maintenance and the email was never sent to me?

Hi there, Firefox Accounts hasn't received any bounces from your email address. I don't suppose there's any spam filters hiding the email from your inbox?

I can confirm there are no bounces/blocks for your address. You could try adding accounts@firefox.com to your address book and trying again.
