Since my most recent upgrade/restart my keyboard shortcuts have stopped working (for example: CMD+T won't open a new tab anymore). When I look in the menu it shows all shortcuts are just CMD (screenshot attached).
Some of them started working again and showed back up in the menu but then they stopped again. I didn't restart or anything so I'm not sure what caused that.

The File, Edit, Tools, etc menus across the top are missing too and if I right click on an item on a webpage the context menu is empty.

Update: they're only missing on certain windows.

The menus seem to be there but empty. This is what happens if I click on the empty space where they would normally appear.

Updated to the most recent version and they're all back to normal.
