Turn Direct Response Story Card component on to support revenue and editorial partner campaigns.

This will require a new layout with the cta_variant of CardGrid set to link and the cta value of spocs returned by Adzerk to have contain the desired copy for the link text.

  • Set browser.newtabpage.activity-stream.discoverystream.endpoints to https
  • Set browser.newtabpage.activity-stream.discoverystream.spocs-endpoint to https://e5e8374d-fffa-4a77-a604-31603852b6fd.mock.pstmn.io/1632224/spocs
  • Verify that first spoc has a "CTA Copy Here" direct response CTA
  • Verify that 2nd spoc titled "No CTA" has no direct response CTA

Verified that the first displayed spoc has a "CTA Copy Here" link, and that the second spoc is titled "No CTA" by following the steps provided in comment 3, and setting the value of browser.search.region value to US, using Firefox Beta 78.0b3 en-US (Build ID: 20200604213430), and Firefox Nightly 79.0a1 en-US (Build ID: 20200604220012) on Windows 10 x64, macOS 10.15, and Ubuntu Linux 18.04 x64.
