We should monitor that telegraf on this instance is successfully submitting metrics.

I was going to just whip this up, but I think we need to fix the telegraf config to add the app and env tags. Somehow they are missing.

Bob, do you think we still need the gcp_stats_in_aws instance?

Now that custom metrics in Stackdriver are retained for a full year, I don't think we need to ingest them into InfluxDB anymore. We can just query them directly in Stackdriver instead.
