1632690 - Security bug header "Security Approval" link inappropriate for many security groups

The banner on security bugs has now sprouted a "SECURITY APPROVAL" link to https://wiki.mozilla.org/Security/Bug_Approval_Process

That process is appropriate for client bugs, but not many other hidden bugs that are given the "Security" banner (website security, cloud security bugs, etc).

Depending on which is easier to implement you could do

1. only add that link if the bug group has "core-security" in it. If you can't substring match we could give a list of 12 or so groups.
2. a Whitelist of Products (Firefox, Toolkit, Core, NSS, NSPR, DevTools, WebExtensions, "Firefox for...", Fenix, GeckoView, Focus, probably a few more...)
