Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Win98; en-US; rv:1.1b) Gecko/20020813
after installer finishes Mozilla presents an error dialog and will not run. Have
not been able to get a complete install since about 2002081409.
When this happens I have to revert to 2002081308, since anything past that has
other bugs also.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.start installer
2.installer completes
3.mozilla presents a startup flash screen
4.when flash screen disappears mozilla presents an error dialog
5.browser or mail client won't start until reinstalled with older version.
Actual Results:
mozilla won't install and run

as Jo Herman suggested : We need the error message (you can attach it also as
screenshot)
If you get a Entry Point error = Can you please uninstall Mozilla before you
install the new build ?

Can you please use a talkback enabled build and add the TB ID in this bug ?
(run mozilla/components/talkback.exe to get the TB ID)

Reporter: can you please install a newer build (we had lots of regressions last
week) and try this again. If you do get a crash, can you please at least add
your email address to the talkback report -- that will help us a great deal.

I received this from the reporter:
It's good news, bad news. The last issue I tried is 2002082604, it and the last
2 or 3 issues have not creaged the error that crashed the install.
Now it installs fully and the browser works fine but, you can only start the
mail client once. After that it loads into, and stays in memory, without
benefit of a screen display. You must do Ctrl/Alt/Delete to close the program
running in memory, and I do not have the option to leave in memory checked.
I have already reported this bug also, it's here:
http://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=164526
So, the newer version has resolved this problem, marking as WFM
