Steps to reproduce:

Change properties of a bookmark.

Actual results:

Until some time ago firefox remembered the size of the dialog which opens when I modify a bookmark entry.

Now it always opens this dialog with the same extremely small size, so that each time when changing a bookmark entry you first have to resize the dialog to see the full URL and then it can be edited.

Same happens on different profiles and machines, so I doubt it's an issue with my profile.

Expected results:

Either the dialog should be much bigger (it is 368x338 on a 1960x1240 firefox window, that's microscopic) or it again should remember the previous used values.

Bugbug thinks this bug should belong to this component, but please revert this change in case of error.
