With Android 10 it will no longer be possible to store the Firefox profile on /sdcard. For all the details see bug 1631671. So for Raptor we have to move push it under /data/local/test/.
Maybe this will also fix bug 1622610.

I hit a permission error. May require additional changes to mozdevice. Investigating now.
