I verified with the user that their email is indeed working.

Can we investigate on our side what might be happening or to see if we can unlock the account by attached identity verification.

My account has been locked for months this is the first time I found a link to possible fix it. The email address was always working in fact bug zilla sent me a reply but firefox accounts has been saying email bounced

Jon to my Knowledge its not blocked, it shows it as not being blacklisted. I also had emails come from my firefox account, but then when I tried to log into sync it said the account was locked. How ever I turn on and off this email account, So if it was off and I forgot to turn it on that could be the reason it bounced and shutoff
I thought the email account was on when I tried to log on, but Maybe not. Now that you have cleared it, and I verfied that its not blocked I will try to log in again

If you could I saw alot of people looking for the same thing. I literally searched off and on for weeks on the site and on the internet and couldn't find the info When I clicked on the info in the FAQ it just sent me back to the main help page. It would be really helpful if the Bugzilla site and the info for submitting a trouble ticket was on the FAQ with a good link

Thanks again for fixing I really didnt want to go IE or Edge and I like your build better than Chrome
