Hello - I'm following this link from support article for unable to receive verification email from firefox accounts to my gmail. Spam folders and firefox email address are in the address book, but no emails received. Seems like a similar issue to bug# 1457790

I verified with the user that their email is indeed working.

Can we investigate on our side what might be happening or to see if we can unlock the account by attached identity verification.

Is this the appropriate place to request a check of the bounce log for the firefox verification email to my gmail address?

Hi there, Firefox Accounts hasn't received any bounces from your email address.

I'd suggest adding accounts@firefox.com to your address book and trying again.
