Using 19991013M11 builds on win98, and linux double click doesn't work on an
Address book card as it should.  It should bring up the Edit Card dialog for the
card that was double-clicked.

1. Launch Address Book
2. Select a card in your Personal Address book and double-click

Result: Nothing happens
Expected: The Edit card dialog for the selected card to open up for editing

I checked in the fix for this last week.  I did not realize that this bug was in 
the list.

A duplicate bug 25426 was just verified using build 2000-02-07-09M14 on wi98 and 
2000-02-07-08M14 on mac and linux, so I will verify this too.
