You cannot scroll the web page up or down using the mouse by clicking in the
Vertical Scroll Bar's up/down arrows with the "Classic" theme. The Arrows do
work correctly when using the "Modern" Theme - but not "Classic".

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Launch Mozilla, Select Mozilla Menu Item, then choose "Preferences..."
2. In the Preferences Dialog, click on Appearance, then select Themes  and in
the Themes Pane, Select "Classic" theme. Quit and re-launch mozilla.
3. Open any Web Page that is long enough to enable the Scroll Bar, then click in
the  Up or Down arrow in the Vertical Scroll Bar.

Actual Results:  
The Monitor burst into Flames, my fingers melted into "goo" and congealed into
the Keyboard and then my head exploded - making it rather difficult to file this
report..

(Sorry.. I've been filing bugs on Jaguar this week and after  a while, one needs
a commedy moment..)

What REALLY HAPPENS is that the page doesn't scroll. The Arrow Controls respond
(ie they darken when I click in them), but that doesn't scroll the page.

Expected Results:  
The web page should scroll up or down one line. This works fine in "Modern" -
but not in "Classic".

This is only a problem with "Classic" theme - not the "Modern" Theme which works
fine. Since it's the same "Box" (G4 733 with OSX 10.1.5) , I don't think it's an
external problem.

Please also check the Horizontal Scroll Bar Left - Right arrows too work in
"classic" too.

WorksForMe using FizzillaCFM/2002081416/Classic. Milton, are you using OS X 10.2
(Jaguar)? You mentioned it in your original report.

In my case I am using Mac OS X 10.1.5 and I also saw it on an earlier build
(stupidly forgot to mark down which build, but downloaded todays to see if had
been fixed before reporting the bug and deleted the old one - the old one may
have been from 8/16, but it could have been older, like 8/7). I normally use the
modern skin, so I don't know when it started.

Nope, this is under OS X 10.1.5. I have not tried this Version of mozilla under

Sounds a little like bug 157837. though that was fixed. Milton, do the arrows
start working if you move the mouse around a few pixels while holding down the
button?

I can confirm this odd behavior.  Using 2002081803, OS X 10.1.5, Classic theme.
 The arrow buttons for both horizontal and vertical do not work, they highlight,
but the scroll bar doesn't move.  Moving the bar itself works fine, as do arrow
keys.  Moving the mouse around while holding the mouse button after clicking any
of the arrows does not help the behavior.

Confirmed using FizzillaCFM/2002081803. Neithe vertical nor horizontal scroll
arrows work at all. Reassigning to XP Toolkit/Widgets.
