User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; Win64; x64; rv:75.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/75.0

Steps to reproduce:

Focus on address bar in FF 77 with browser.urlbar.update1 set to false.

Actual results:

Overlapped popup is displayed instead of old-style address bar.

Expected results:

It should show old address bar as it is in FF 75 and FF 76 (Dev).

Bugbug thinks this bug should belong to this component, but please revert this change in case of error.

This is expected, the update1 feature pref has been removed per the usual rapid release process.
