Bug 48436 was fixed, but the lonely "Done" is still too much.

How to reproduce:

1: Load a page
-Statusbar reads "Done"

2: Now mouse over a link
-Statusbar shows the URL of the link

3: Now mouse away from the link again
-Statusbar reads "Done"

What is "Done" now? That last "Done" should not appear: Once is enough.
When the statusbar has been used for something else, "Done" shouldn't reappear
and reappear whenever "nothing else" is in the statusbar. It should go away and
not try to get my attention again and again.
