The user has tried the following:

I verified with the user that their email is indeed working.
Can we investigate on our side what might be happening or to see if we can unlock the account by attached identity verification.
I get emails from you for passwords and what not but have no 6 or 10 digit code. I bought a new computer and the old one is in the dump. Am so ticked I cannot unlock the two step crap that I am about to start using some other browser.
