Please create an LDAP account for Pasqual Milvaques, our localizer for ca-valencia.

Please also send an email with link for password reset.

P.S. We haven't requested new SSH access for localizers in a very long time. Please let me know if the process has changed, so that we can update our docs and internal procedures. We used to need two separate bugs (one for LDAP, one for hg access rights).

Based on https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/about/governance/policies/commit/, we might not need a separate bug to create an LDAP account.

Pasqual needs this account to access the l10n repository for ca-valencia. I've already reviewed several of his patches in Bugzilla, and I'm confident he can use the access correctly going forward. He needs direct HG access, since the repository is generated via scripts for the ca locale.

Please create an LDAP account, with:

• HG, with level 1, and scm_l10n.

Please also send out an LDAP password reset email.

• Please read and confirm, here in the bug, that you accept the Commit access agreement available here https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/about/governance/policies/commit/requirements/
• Generate an SSH key and attach the .pub  file here. You can find instructions on GitHub, also linked in the above document.

Note for future reference, if you're committing other people's patches, it'd be good to get them committed with the appropriate author so that I can actually trace back their existing work easily.

Good point. I imported their patches, didn't realize the author info was missing.
