Steps to reproduce:
Went on CGP and wanted to get a Google Maps API key but the menu was completely blank.
Running Firefox on Linux/Ubuntu
Actual results:
Button is still clickable and was able to "locate the button area" after contacting support
Expected results:
the button should have been shown

I can reproduce the issue on my side. I've navigated to https://console.cloud.google.com/ ,enabled some APIs and opened the "Credentials" tab.

Tested with:
Browser / Version: Firefox Nightly 86.0a1 (2021-01-20)
