Shift + Scroll down and Shift + Scroll up shortcuts for back and forward actions (mentioned in https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/mouse-shortcuts-perform-common-tasks) broke around 58 Nightly. Mozregression points to:

INFO : Narrowed nightly regression window from [2017-10-17, 2017-10-19] (2 days) to [2017-10-18, 2017-10-19] (1 days) (~0 steps left)

And then skips builds and stops with "Unable to find enough data to bisect" error.

This seems to be intentional change by Bug 143038.
I think the documentation should be revised.

You can set mousewheel.with_shift.action to 2 to revert to the previous behavior.

Thanks. Then this bug can be about updating article to Alt, while Bug 1570974 is about current issue with menu in alt-shortcut.

Seems that SUMO article was updated.
I can't close as "resolved fixed" so I'll change to "resolved worksforme".
