Bug 1633620 stopped using this code but did not clean it up. This bug is a follow-up to make sure it goes away.

This has been broken for a while. Almost nobody uses the Windows address book, but I want to check it's not completely broken by the next patch.

Dependency for bug 1659947, which does not build without this. This bug is removing unused code that was disabled in bug 1633620 (milestone 77).

Is the "Windows" address book the same as the Outlook address book? That one has various issues, see bug 1679525.
