Steps to reproduce:
Open Firefox Developer Edition 76.b8 from the dock on Mac OS Catalina 10.15.4
Mouse right click on a tab or inside a page.
I use Apple mouse 2 via Bluetooth.
Actual results:
First mouse right click on a tab or page. Context menu opens.
Mouse right click on tab again. Nothing happens.
Mouse right click on the page. Nothing happens.
Expected results:
Every mouse right click should displays context menu depending on where I clicked.
Short summary. Mouse right click shows context menu only for the first click. Next mouse right clicks don't work.

This works for me on an mbp's touchpad - unfortunately I do not have a bluetooth mouse to test with.
Do you know if this broke on a recent version of Firefox DevEd (ie did it work with some previous version)?
Does the same issue occur if you create a fresh Firefox profile for testing ( https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/profile-manager-create-and-remove-firefox-profiles )? If so, can you post your about:support data (help > troubleshooting info > click "copy raw data to clipboard", paste at https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/attachment.cgi?bugid=1634269&action=enter ) from your existing "main" profile to help analyze why things might break?

I've recorded screen video. So you can see how to reproduce it. Here are the updated steps, some of them are missing on the first comment. The bug is definitely related to Mac OS Desktop spaces.
- Open Firefox from the dock. (all right clicks work)
- Right click on the dock icon and pin Firefox to certain desktop. Select Options -> This Desktop
- Open a new Firefox window
- Move the newly opened window to another desktop
- Right clicks on the moved window don't work
- Keyboard shortcut Close window (CMD + W) also doesn't work ( you can see it on the last seconds in the video - File item in the menu is flashing and window remains opened)
