• Have the browser at >939px width;

[Steps to reproduce]:

1. Open the browser with the profile from prerequisites.
2. Open about:newtab page.
3. Tap “F12” key to open the browser Inspector.
4. Observe small cards padding (from the “Hero” section).

[Expected result]:

• Small cards padding is 16px.

[Actual result]:

• Small cards padding is 8px, the same as for browser smaller breakpoints.

Closing this, hero units are currently not used.
