Steps to Reproduce:
1. Navigate https://www.rosario3.com/informaciongeneral/Otro-mundo-asi-es-el-uniforme-anticoronavirus-para-azafatas-de-aviones-20200429-0029.html
2. Scroll down the page and observe Instagram content.

Expected Behavior:
Instagram embedded content is not loaded.

Actual Behavior:
Instagram embedded content is not loaded.

The issue still occurs, with ETP - Strict Instagram embedded content does not load.

The embedded content seems to also not load in ETP Standard. It seems like a site issue because there was no network request for the instagram-embed.js script that is required for the embed to load.
