STR:

  1. Have several tabs in the tab strip
  2. Visit https://www.webrtc-experiment.com/getDisplayMedia/ in one of those tabs
  3. Click on "Test getDisplayMedia API" to request display capture
  4. Choose a window of the browser, or a screen that the browser is on to share in the permission dropdown, and click "Allow"
  5. Hover a background tab with the mouse

A warning should be displayed to the user telling them that those tabs, if selected, might be seen by others.
