[PP]Mac only - redraw on edit card dialog usage not good

Using 19991013m11 build on Mac PPC only, editing cards repeatedly will result in
 incomplete redraw.  I found a scenario that is reproducible but this can happen
when moving from card to card too.

0. Have a card in your personal address book that has all the fields in
all tabs filled in with something (doesn't have to be correct information)
1. Launch Address book
2. Select Personal Address Book
3. Select a the full Card and double-click to bring up the Edit Card dialog
4. OK the dialog and repeat this 6 times

Result:  by the 6th time you will see blank white areas where it looks like a
dialog should have been
Expected: each time the Edit card dialog comes up all information is visible and
redraw of the dialog is correct (meaning now blank white spaces)

This bug seems to have been fixed.  Probably not by my checkin but I tested this 
with my current build and the problem is gone.
