This is a regression.
When I load any iso-8859-2-encoded page, the Polish characters are displayed
incorrectly. HTTP Content-Encoding is correct. UTF-8 is also displayed wrong (I
get real rubbish instead of characters). Setting the charset manually does NOT help.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Load a page with iso-8859-2 encoding
Actual Results:
Symbols instead of Polish characters
Expected Results:
Correct Polish characters
