The sync seems to have marked this intemittent on linx opt and linux debug webrender. The remaining intermittents are lower frequency on mac. I guess I can update the metadata for those, but it would be nice if someone would look at the test; it's heavily time-based, with various slow network loads, so I think we're simply missing some of the time checks on linux (and less frequently on mac).
