User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64; rv:75.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/75.0

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Drag any app's window to the side of the screen (thus triggering the split view)
  2. Select Firefox as the secondary window for split-view

Actual results:

The tab-strip of the Firefox window becomes partially obscured.

Expected results:

Firefox's UI should be fully visible.

Hi Dan,

I wasn't able to reproduce this issue on Window 10 using Firefox 75/76.0.1 or Firefox Nightly 78
Every version of Firefox snapped in correctly on my end (fully visible tab-strip)

Could you try if this also occurs to you on a new profile? You can find out how to do this here:
https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/profile-manager-create-remove-switch-firefox-profiles#w_start-the-profile-manager-when-firefox-is-closed

Thanks!
