Steps to reproduce

  1. Open Firefox and go to about:newtab.
  2. Click Customize your New Tab page button.
  3. Select the about:newtab opened at step 1.

Expected result

  • No hover state for Customize your New Tab page button.

Actual result

  • Customize your New Tab page button remains in hover state until a click is performed on the page.
