The table of contents in the BigQuery "access" article doesn't seem to correctly render, presumably because of the backticks in the section header (e.g. "## From bq
Command-line Tool") -- see attached screenshot. :jan-erik, I'm guessing this should be relatively straightforward to fix?

Fixed in mdbook-toc.
mdbook-dtmo release in progress. Next deploy of dtmo should pick it up.
