Attached image Bug 20200505.png

User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64; rv:76.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/76.0

Steps to reproduce:

  1. The browser automatically updates to version 76
  2. Click on Open Menu

Actual results:

The display language is Vietnamese, while the language setting is English US

Expected results:

The display language is English US as the language setting

Your screenshot is about "Webpage Language Settings", which is used for web content.

Can you try switching the "Language used for UI, etc." in Preference to Vietnamese, then back to English?
In about:addons, do you have a Languages tab with the English language pack active?

I switched to Vietnamese and reset to English then it worked.
I found in Add-ons, Language Pack in Vietnamese is active, and in English I see the following line: "English (US) Language Pack is incompatible with Firefox 76.0." - Version: 75.0buildid20200403170909; Last Updated: April 17, 2020; Author: Mozilla Firefox

OK, that's sadly a known problem with updating the language pack when Firefox updates.

You can manually search for updates, and that will re-enable the language pack.
