"show/hide" "search bar" under "view" menu item doesn't work properly. The
checkmark indicating the search bar is enabled isn't always correct.


Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.open address book
2.click on "view" then "show/hide" and select "search bar"
3.close address book
4.Reopen address book
5.Click on "view" then "show/hide" and notice search bar is checkmarked even if
the search bar is disabled.
6. Repeating the steps will show that the "seach bar" item is always checked
when address book is opened even if the search bar is disabled.

Actual Results:  
the "search bar" option in the "veiw"/ "show/hide" menu item was chechmarked
when I disabled it and re-opened the address book 

Expected Results:  
There should have been no checkmark when I disabled "search bar" and re-opened
address book

fixed in August (bug 216897, bug 216359).  Duping to bug with patch.
