Attached file about:support

It looks like just some slow network requests. When the Browser starts, it made some requests to mozilla services which took a long time, so they looked concerning.

Markus, sorry to bother your again, would you be able to tell anything?

Flags: needinfo?(mstange)

I agree - the delay is due to something on the network side or in the network code.
For example, in this 1.2 second excerpt, only four images finish loading: https://perfht.ml/2yOGa6u (you can see them pop in in the screenshots track). They're spaced apart by 300ms of nothingness.
In the network panel, the tooltip says that we are "Waiting for socket thread" during the delay, but that is misleading and could mean anything (bug 1618687).

Sending it to the necko folks to see if they notice anything.

Nhi, we need someone to investigate this?

Honza, could you please investigate?

I'll ask for an http log. Thanks.
Profiles are not detailed enough to look deeper in the networking core.

From the user:

I have solved my issue by total reformat and reinstalling clean windows. Whatever the bug is it must have been buried pretty deep.
