Steps to reproduce
- Open Firefox and go to the Facebook page.
- Play a random video and enable the PiP player
- Scroll the page while PiP player is activated
Expected result
- The video playing in PiP player does not stop or pause.
Actual result
- The video playing in PiP player stops when scrolling the page.

- This issue occurs for both normal and Live videos.

This is effectively the same as bug 1547349 - the site is pausing the video playback when the underlying <video> element is scrolled out of view.
