Details
User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64; rv:76.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/76.0
Steps to reproduce:
Went to Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) login site and furnished user name and password to login, and got to where login should have worked
Actual results:
Blank page
Expected results:
Should have been taken to my page on CRA site. Search on internet reveals other users have the same problem. Suggested solution: Use Chrome! I succeed logging in with Google Chrome, where Firefox failed.

Hi Jamie,
I'm afraid I cannot reproduce the issue since I do not have an account at CRA.
Could you check if the issue also occurs while attempting to log on in safe mode? You can find the steps to do that here:
https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/troubleshoot-firefox-issues-using-safe-mode#w_how-to-start-firefox-in-safe-mode
If the issue is still present, please try making a new profile and check again. You can find out how to create a new profile here:
https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/profile-manager-create-remove-switch-firefox-profiles#w_creating-a-profile
Thank you for reporting!

Due to lack of response from the reporter I'm going to close this issue as resolved:incomplete.
If the issue resurfaces feel free to reopen it.
