after a certaint amount of letters the letters disapear

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.go to the webpage http://home.arcor.de/carmadamus/test/index.html
2.copy and paste the dummy text (works with every text)
3.maybe you have to use backspace and paste it again then crash

Actual Results:  
the browser freezes and does not react on any command (or in a modified version
even completely crashes by disapearing)

Expected Results:  
just add 160 letters and dont let the user add more letters

We have these types of problems when we have style="overflow: hidden" on
textareas and textfields.
