Details

Steps to Reproduce in a debug build (with asserts enabled):

  1. Start with about:blank.
  2. Open devtools Responsive Design Mode.
  3. Resize RDM viewport to 800 x 600.
  4. Turn Touch Simulation ON (button with hand icon will be blue).
  5. Close RDM.
  6. Navigate to facebook.com.
  7. Open RDM.
  8. Scroll down.

Expected Results: Page scrolls down.

Actual Results: Assert hit in PermissionManager::UpdateDB.

Debugging shows that the error is a NS_ERROR_STORAGE_CONSTRAINT error.

I can no longer reproduce this in my Nightly debug builds.
