Details
CPG violations require banning people from tools in the Mozilla ecosystem.
Right now we can only remove permissions, but that doesn't prevent users to keep using Pontoon and providing suggestions, and that's far from great.
We need a way to stop users being active in Pontoon. The most obvious way would be to be able to ban specific email addresses.

Turns out there is a way to deactivate users, which was never documented.
While there might be improvements, e.g. showing a message with the reason for the ban, I'm going to close this one as WORKFORME.
