Could someone with sufficient server rights install the extension "UserMerge" on our Staging server at https://wiki.allizom.org/ for me.
Installation information can be found at https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Extension:UserMerge
Once I have successfully evaluated the extension it would need to be rolled-out to the live server.

Absolutely. For the occasional case where (for example) someone creates a second account after losing access to the email account for their first. As in the case where someone makes wiki edits before/after being moz staff.
