I've installed and tested with KeyScrambler Personal 3.14.0.1 and with Windows 10 1909 with 78.0a1 20200512212513 / 76.0.1 20200507114007 and I couldn't spot any issue on my system. Not really experimented user of the KeyScrambler, but it appread to me that it behaved properly (the overlay showing encription in firefox).
I would assume from your comment 0 description that KeyScramber had worked previously, but after an update - assuming the video driver update maybe? - it stopped working?.
Could you please try to narrow whatt do you think the culprit is? If you think a driver update caused this, maybe it would worth to downgrade to a older version of the driver in order to figure out if it is a driver incompatibility or something at fault in Firefox.
The problem would be there if you install the grafik driver from Intel (igfx_win10_100.8190).
This driver supposed to be the default driver for windows 10 2004.
In Edge works but i don't use Edge
