:marco do you want to revert this change? following :coop's suggestion in https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1639176#c53 there are some instance types getting stuck on startup, and there may be adjustments that would fix it but until that is tested the back-out is more certain to stop the problem.

:tomprince applied some patches to fix the issues through https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1639176#c60
So it looks like we won't need to revert this
