Glitching in bookmark folders in Firefox nightly after last update

Steps to reproduce:
Update to the latest build of firefox nightly
Actual results:
In the bookmark folders the lines between the bookmarks started glitching and they stay blue when hovering over the items. It goes away when you hover the mouse out of the list.
Expected results:
No glitching of lines

Could you please attach a video of what you see?
I don't see anything strange in Windows 10 and Firefox 78.
Please ensure you have the latest nightly build and latest graphic drivers.
Also please attach a log from about:support.
