Steps to reproduce:
Right click on screen produces context menu.
Actual results:
Menu opens. Menu is blank except for a few items.
Expected results:
Menu opens all options are viewable.

I assume this is a dupe of bug 1629291, and at this point that bug doesn't happen only on macOS?
