Steps to reproduce:

just simply download a file and the file will not in the folder you have chosen.

Actual results:

the file i have download was all the time set here C:\Users[NAME]\AppData\Local\Temp

Expected results:

the file should normaly be dowloaed to my desktop or a folder

Hi,

I have tested your issue on Release version 76, Beta 77.0b7 and latest Nightly 78.0a1 (2020-05-17) using Windows 10 and could not reproduce it. On my end the downloads are saved in the chosen folder.

If the issue is still reproducible on your end, can you please retest this using latest Nightly build (https://nightly.mozilla.org/) and report back the results? When doing this, please use a new clean Firefox profile (https://goo.gl/AWo6h8) to eliminate custom settings as a possible cause.
