At the time the initial Enigmail code had been imported as a starting point for the OpenPGP integration, the branding was changed to avoid confusion with the Enigmail name.
Enigmail had been replaced with Gine-Liam.
We should ensure that all user visible strings that show the word Gine-Liam get replaced.

All strings that contain the Gine-Liam branding, and which clearly aren't going to be used with our modified implementation, are being removed. This includes strings that were immediately related, and which were also obviously no longer needed.
If it seemed possible that we might want to reuse a string in the future, I've kept it, but removed the Gine-Liam branding, and also updated the string identifier.
For init scenarios, the code now assumes that init must succeed, and throws an error on failure.
Some related code blocks, which were earlier included as comments, but now seem unlikely to be needed, are being removed, too.
