STR:

• Install AdBlock Plus
• Open Network panel and visit cnn.com (or some other site)

ER: See requests blocked by ABP
AR: ABP mentioned nowhere.

I just pushed Bug 1638581 to autoland, once that bug is marked as fixed we should verify that this issue completely is fixed as well (which should be the case, if I didn't miss any other issue hiding behind that bug).

See the screenshot - there is Adblock Plus - free ad blocker at the bottom of the request list.
